For classes and workshops full payment is required
For mini sessions a full payment is required when booking
For events and weddings inquire with me before booking
Every other booking requires a 50% down deposit
Deposits are non-refundable
No Deposit No Booking
Remainder of deposit due the day before booking date by 11:59pm

Return Policy

Standard return time for video edits are 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri) (Extra added time to videos will result in a longer return time)
Standard return time for photography edits are 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri)
For quicker turnaround time:

- 2-4 Days $100

Additional Time Policy

We understand that events and weddings don't always go exactly as planned -- and sometimes, moments run a little longer than expected. While we always strive to be flexible and accommodating, additional time beyond what was originally booked is subject to overtime charges.

In Texas, it's standard practice for professional videographers to charge between $150-$300 per hour for any time that exceeds the agreed-upon schedule. to maintain fairness and ensure quality coverage, our policy reflects this industry standard.

Here’s how it works:

If your event runs over the scheduled time, we’ll check in with you (or your coordinator) to confirm whether you’d like us to continue capturing footage.
Additional time will be billed in hourly increments, rounded to the nearest half hour.
Payment for overtime is due before final delivery of your video content.

We encourage all clients to build in a buffer when planning their timeline, especially for weddings and large events. This helps keep everything running smoothly—and ensures no moment is missed.
